Penicillin V

• Adults: 600 mg PO BID x 10 days
• Children: 20 mg/kg PO BID x 10 days

 

Erythromycin

• Adults: 250 mg PO QID x 10 days
• Children: 20 mg/kg PO BID x 10 days

 

Cephalexin

• Adults: 250 mg PO QID x 10 days
• Children: 25 mg/kg PO BID x 10 days
