PE
     Early diastolic murmur in mild cases
     Holodiastolic murmur in severe cases
     Hyperdynamic "Water-hammer" pulse
          Abrupt rise in systolic blood pressure and rapid distension of the peripheral arteries
          then during diastole, there is a low diastolic pressure and collapse of the peripheral arteries
