• Diamox 500 mg PO then 250 mg PO q6h
• Pilocarpine i drop q5minutes
• Combigan i drop q5minutes
• Prednisolone i drop q5minutes

 

If still healthy, pupil size reduces within ~30 minutes then pressure drops with some further delay (~30 more minutes)
