- Diamox 500 mg PO then 250 mg PO q6h
- Pilocarpine i drop q5minutes
- Combigan i drop q5minutes
- Prednisolone i drop q5minutes
If still healthy, pupil size reduces within ~30 minutes then pressure drops with some further delay (~30 more minutes)
