Pathophysiology
     Most common sites of fracture are 
          Throacic and lumbar vertebral bodies
          Neck of the femur
          Distal radius
Hx
     Elderly patients (esp. women)
     Fracture following minimal trauma
Workup
     XR-affected joint(s) and limb(s)
     Bone density scan (DEXA) to diagnose and quantify osteoporosis
Labs
     Same findings as in Paget's disease, except ALP is normal in osteoporosis
