Epidemiology
     Middle-aged males are most commonly affected
Hx
     Severe unilateral temporal headache
     Associated ipsilateral
          Rhinorrhea
          Nasal stuffiness
          Ptosis
          Lacrimation
          Eye redness
     Repeated episodes at same time of day/night
     Occur over a period of 1-2 months
     Episodes last 30 min to 1 hour
Tx, acute attack
     Oxygen
Ppx
     Prednisone
     Lithium
     Ergotamine
     Verapamil
