Treatment options

• 25% salicylic acid gel AAA daily prn disp 30 g (give 3 week trial) **more effective in my experience**
• Liquid nitrogen for tx-resistant lesions--beware of risk of scarring
• Watchful waiting (lesions often spontaneously resolve within 7-12 months)
