Treatment options
- 12% salicylic acid gel AAA twice weekly as needed (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16428156)
- 25% salicylic acid gel AAA daily prn disp 30 g (give 3 week trial) **more effective in my experience**
- Liquid nitrogen for tx-resistant lesions--beware of risk of scarring
- Watchful waiting (lesions often spontaneously resolve within 7-12 months)
