Sx
Acute decompensation
Rapid-onset pulseless electrical activity as a result of pericardial tamponade
Tachycardia
Pathophysiology
Post-transmural infact, necrotic cardiac muscle may rupture, leading to rapid pericardial tamponade
Tx
Rapid pericardiocentesis
