     Rectal exam, stool for occult blood

          Giardia antigen (if recent travel)
          Entamoeba histolytica antigen (if recent travel)
     CBC
     Electrolytes
     AST/ALT/bilirubin/ALP
     Viral hepatitis serology
     CT-abdomen/pelvis
Ddx
     Enterotoxigenic E. coli
