Chlordiazepoxide (Librium)

• "self-tapering" due to its long half-life (24-48 hours)

 

     Day 1: 50 - 100 mg PO QID

     Day 2: 50 - 100 mg PO TID

     Day 3: 50 - 100 mg PO BID

     Day 4: 50 - 100 mg PO once
