          Stimulation of epinephrine release
     Often results from decreased clearance due to concurrent administration of
          Ciprofloxacin
          Erythromycin
     Sx
          CNS stimulation
               Headache
               Insomnia
          GI disturances
               Nausea
               Vomiting
          Cardiac toxicity
               Arrhythmia, drug-induced
