1. Dimenhydrinate. Oral: 50 to 100 mg every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 400 mg daily

2. Scopolamine transdermal patch: Apply 1 patch to hairless area behind the ear at least 4 hours (2-12) hours before anticipated need, longer (12 hours) is best. Change every 3 days.
