There are four components of putting a patient "to sleep"

  Hypnosis Muscle Relaxation Analgesia Anxiolysis
Induction Propofol (lasts 10 min) Roc/Sux Fentanyl Versed
Sustained Inhalation agent Inhalation agent
Reversed by   Neostigmine* (Naloxone) (Flumazenil)

*combined with Glycopyrrolate to inhibit effects of ACh at nicotinic R but permit effects of ACh at muscarinic R

Doses:
     Neostigmine: 70 mcg/kg
     Glycopyrrolate: 0.2mg/1mg Neostigmine

Case example
Induction:        Propofol                  Roc/Sux                            Fentanyl               Versed
Sustained:      Desfluorine
