Impede ACh signaling at nicotinic and/or muscarinic receptors.
Treat
     Parkinson's disease (e.g. Trihexphenidyl)
          Attempt to reduce acetylcholine signaling to match reduced dopamine signaling
Drugs with anticholinergic activity
     Glycopyrrolate (Robinul)
     Tricyclic antidepressants
Adverse effects of excess anticholinergic activity
     Dry mouth
     Flushed and dry skin
     Constipation
     Intestinal ileus
     BPH
     Acute angle closure glaucoma
     Dilated pupils
     Orthostasis
