Pathophysiology
     Clinical history cannot accurately distinguish between duodenal and gastric ulcers
Hx 
     NSAID use
Sx
     Burning epigastric pain that starts 2-3 hours after meals
     Pain is relieved by food and antacids
Workup
     Amylase, lipase, lactate
     AST/ALT/bilirubin/ALP
     Endoscopy including H. pylori testing
     Upper GI series
     Rectal exam
Complications
     Peptic ulcer perforation
